Collection and procession of data

Every access to our websites and to any files on these websites is being recorded.
Data being recorded: name of file called, date and time of call, data volume transferred, notification of successful call, web browser, and domain calling. Furthermore, the IP address of the computer calling is being recorded but truncated by the last two digits. The truncated IP address does not allow for any user identification.
