During the last three decades the market relatively seldom asked for knife gate valves in a dimension range of DN 2000 and larger. In the WECO-workshop continuousely dimensions DN 1200, 1400,1500,1800 and rarely DN 2000 mm blockage units were produced over the years. But since the beginning of the new millen-nium there is strong need of customers worldwide for very bombastic slide valves. The actual inquiries ask for motor operated double spindle guided executions DN 2000, 2200, 2500, 3000, 4000 and even DN 6000 nominal diameter.
